We are happy to take cash and will accept cheques subject to satisfactory provision of evidence of identity and at our sole discretion. Our standard terms with payment by cheque are that we require payment one week before delivery to allow time for the payment to clear.   Please make cheques payable to 'Kidzdeskz Limited' and write your name, address and cheque guarantee card number, together with the expiry date, on the back of the cheque.

We are now able to process Visa and Master Card as well as Debit cards in payment of your order, using our website and via our Virtual Terminal facility which allows us to process secure credit card orders by telephone. We now process credit card payments securely online using Optimal Payments Limited as our Secure Payment Provider. For more information on this company, visit their website HERE !    All products remain the property of Kidzdeskz Limited until all monies have been paid.   Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to process any order without giving a reason.   Where payments are to be made using credit cards, we reserve the right to verify the authenticity/validity of the card and subsequently we may  refuse to process your order.   For deliveries of orders paid for by credit card, we reserve the right to deliver products only to the registered address of the card holder.  For any unpaid or returned cheques, we reserve the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred by Kidzdeskz Limited in processing such payments.   We also fully reserve the right to waive any of the requirements under this section, at our sole discretion.

In addition to the warranty described above, Kidzdeskz Limited operates a 14-day money back guarantee. Under distance selling regulations, you may cancel your order within 7 days of us receiving your order and confirming it with an order number. If the order has already been despatched, you may arrange return of the goods with us. Please contact Kidzdeskz Limited as soon as possible, quoting your order number and your reason for cancelling. Make sure you include the words "order cancellation" in any written correspondance with us. Alternatively, call us on 01403-710099.   Please note:- you cannot cancel an order if your goods have already been despatched. Simply contact us to arrange return of the unwanted items in accordance with our Returns Policy (see below) for a full refund. This excludes original and return delivery costs.  We reserve the right to waive those costs.  All returns conditions apply.

We hope you will never be disappointed with your purchase, but just in case you need to return goods, we will refund or replace all items returned in accordance with our 14-day money back guarantee. This guarantee begins on the day after you receive the goods. Please contact us to arrange collection of the goods and please retain your order number to enable a refund to be given. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition and with any original packaging. We are sorry, but any goods that have been personalized are non-returnable. In the event of needing to return a product, please call us to arrange collection. A fee of £15 may be charged, although we reserve the right to waive this at our sole discretion.

We exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and save in respect of death or personal injury arising from our negligence, all liability of any claims, losses, demands or damages arising directly or indirectly out of, or in any way connected with, your use of, or inability to access, the Kidzdeskz Limited website and its associated services.   Whilst we endeavour to ensure that our website is fully operational and error-free, we make no guarantees and therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruptions of service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of The Kidzdeskz Limited website and associated services unavailable at any time.   Kidzdeskz Limited and the hosts of this website accept no responsibility for, and exclude all liability in connection with, browsing this site, downloading any material from it and all the matters listed above. Kidzdeskz Limited make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, (and expressly disclaims all) with respect to this website, including, but not limited to, any liability for errors, inaccuracies, omissions and warranties or merchantability.
