Products are described as accurately as possible but colours, designs, sizes and materials may occasionally vary from those illustrated. Where necessary we may substitute a design or colour due to stock availability but we will always try to check with you first. Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery is usually fourteen days after cleared payment but is often quicker, four to five days being typical - but occasionally it can take longer. Please contact us if you require more information. Please be aware that we work hard to minimise delivery time and we aim for one week or less where possible. Sometimes there is a pre-build charge and occasionally a delivery charge (location depandant) but we may, at our sole discretion, waive any such charge in place at the time of ordering. Again, we ask you to talk to us before ordering. Please note that for orders from the TRADE or other authorised Retail outlets, separate requirements apply.
The desk sets, or items purchased individually, are guaranteed for one year against defects or failures of the component parts. We also operate a 14-day money back guarantee. Customer satisfaction is an important part of our product and even after the warranty period has elapsed, we will examine each complaint or problem reported and will endeavour to correct whatever defect we can. Even outside the Warranty period, we will effect whatever repairs or changes that may be necessary to resolve any complaint or defect or other such issue with any products purchased from us. A charge may apply in this case although we may waive any such charge. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note that any alteration to a product, made after purchase, may result in us voiding your warranty. Please contact us first if you intend to change the supplied design.
