Kidzdeskz Limited is committed to providing a secure service. We have, and will continue to take, all essential measures to make sure that any information you give us, including but not limited to, names and addresses, credit card details, telephone numbers, etc., remain private and secure and that your payment and any registration information is processed in confidence. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally require proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
The Kidzdeskz Limited online payment facility is provided by

and uses fully secure transaction capabilities, protected by authentic SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocols. Your personal information and credit card information, when supplied, will be transmitted in encrypted form only when you opt to make a purchase using your credit card via our online facility. SSL protocol ensures that all information is encrypted before we receive it. Optimal Payments Solutions use 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level of protection that is currently available. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection laws, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent, unauthorised access.
If you are in any doubt about ordering goods from Kidzdeskz Limited either online, via the telephone or by direct contact with us, please call us and we will be more than happy to explain anything you need to understand before purchasing from us. If you prefer, we will happily take your order over the phone using our own Vertual Terminal which has the same safe protocols as outlined above.
Kidzdeskz Limited will not be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by any un-secure internet link or by e-mail. Whilst interception or loss of information transmitted in this way is extremely rare, given the protocols that exisit to prevent it, any such loss shall not be borne either wholly or partly by us, and shall be entirely your responsibility.

Under this Act we are required to process information that we hold about you fairly and legally. Any changes to this Privacy Policy made by Kidzdeskz Limited will be posted here and will take effect immediately. This current policy is version 1.5 and was first implemented on 30th August 2005 and has been updated as of 22nd February 2008.
